Much faster Vorbis play length calculation. Now play length is also available when accessing remote .ogg files.

Lock. Your guests will only be able to choose songs. The password is "kingfisher" and cannot be changed in this version.
A "play similar artists" feature to give a better feel when shuffling. (uses http://www.last.fm/ to find similar songs)
While all this is added it was stil possible to cut another 10 KB of the file size.
I removed the last dynamic class loading and was now able to obfuscat all classes with ProGuard.

| I can tell that the "play similar" features works like a charm. If I mark a number with Frank Sinatra it plays old evergreens all night. If I mark a danish number it keeps playing danish music. The same with a disco number and so on. You need to have at lot of songs for this to work nicely. I use it with 7.000 songs.
