| I noticed that a lot of the songs in my library were appearing in the library with unknown artists and blank album names, even though the song title appeared correctly.. I checked those files and it seems that they are files without an ID3v1 tag, they only contained ID3v2 tags. If the version 2 tag is copied to the version 1 tag then they show up with proper artist names etc.. Does every mp3 with an ID3v2 tag also need a ID3v1 tag?
